Store Spotlight: The Wedding Company

I wanted to spotlight these incredible projects created by the stationery geniuses (Angela Troia and Laura Troia) at The Wedding Company in Manhasset, New York.  The wedding company was founded in 2004 and they create everything from save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus, favors, and shower gifts.

They used the A7 Cards-Dress Pinnovation die and beautiful trims, jewels and tulle on these exquisite birthday and shower invites.

I love the versatility of AccuCut dies and so must Angela and Laura. Look how they used A7 Cards-Frame Pinnovation dies a formal wedding invite then as a birthday invite for a young boy.

 Last but not least, creating unique Save the Dates are a breeze using the Circles-5 3/8" Pinovation die.

Store Spotlight: "Fall" in love with this album

I wanted to showcase this beautiful album created by Teri from the Scarlet Empress in Olympia, Washington

Teri used the Album-Tags die and My Mind's Eye Lost and Found 2 "Sunshine" paper

She used Album-Leaves throughout the album accented with Scarlet Empress Glitter (Chocolate Bronze)

The ribbons are from Midori and May Arts.

Smart Business Easy Money Tip

The Scrapbook Princess store in Moody, Alabama has a great incentive program called the Princess Club.  This is a great way to get customers coming back into their store but also a great way to keep investing in new dies.  If you have 30 customers that's $750 dollars or 8 to 12 new dies. You can have fun with this, and have your club members help pick out the new dies.

I "love" this album kit created by Scrapkit Studio.  It's using a combination of some of our favorite dies.  The word Love, Border-Crown, Theme Album (3-Die Set) and, a must have around Valentines, the Lock & Keys.

 
 
 The detail is absolutely beautiful and the black chipboard adds dimension plus is a great contrast to the papers.

Store Spotlight: Events Couture

Located in Roslyn Heights, New York, Events Couture truly makes the event. 

 

From corporate events to small personal baby showers, their website and store are full of innovative, beautiful ways they are raising the bar on party supplies and design.  One project in particular is a cute baby shower invite, direction card, and registry card.  The registry card is not a Pinnovation die, but they were able to make a template and lay the printed version just right on the die every time.  If that seems like a lot of work and you are creating hundreds, you can contact our Custom Die Department and have a die with pins created.  This can be done with almost any of our existing dies or with a creation of your own.

 

Events Couture also has a Facebook page with tons of beautiful pictures of their exquisite work and items they sell in their store and online. Congratulations on your success and thanks for the inspiration!

I learned about Anita, (aka, The Paper Cake Boss) and her beautiful paper cakes when she posted a link on our facebook page and I knew I just had to share her creations. She offers cakes in all price ranges and started her business on the principle that If you are going to spend the money on favors, why not make them memorable. Anita uses AccuCut's Cake Box dies to really bring her creations to a whole new level.

Store Spotlight: Scarlet Empress

I wanted to share some of the beautiful class projects being created at the Scarlet Empress in Olympia, Washington.

 

Butterfly #8 and #9 create the perfect pallete for stamps, glitter, adhesive jewels, printed die cuts, and ribbon.  What a great way to sell all your other products!

Hey I recognize those beautiful big leaves.  Those are from Cheryl Mezzetti's Album-Leaves dies set.  How brillant to incorporate them into another album.

 

I "love" this Album-Mix and Match #1.  Once again the perfect backdrop for all kinds of product.  I also like how they used the AccuCut word "love" on the front of the album.  I  posted a sensational Halloween banner on our Facebook page from Scarlet Empress. Store Spotlight: A-MUSE-a-palooza

At the A Muse shop in Seattle, they took their AccuCut dies and added a little something to their A-MUSE-A-PALOOZA store event.  Here are just some of the fun and creative things they did to make their event A Mazing!

 

Got to love that Cupcake Wrap #1.  A Muse also sells the cupcake wraps in their store and on their website in packs of 12 created from their fabulous Shimmer Couture Damask or Solid Colored paper.

 

Getting hungry yet? Check out these adorable Popcorn Boxes.  AccuCut carries these boxes in three sizes. I believe the one you see in the photo is our super-jumbo which stands 5 1/8" high. 

 

What's a party without a banner? Those creative girls didn't miss a beat.  I love that they took the A7 Cards-Frame Pinnovation die, normally used for invitations, and created their own beautiful banner.  Isn't it exciting that our dies are so versatille.  One day it's an invitation and viola!  The next day it's an adorable banner!

One of a kind note cards

Happy Friday everyone! I am excited to share with you some fabulous note cards and invitations created by Sherry Nalbandian from Creative Works Designs in Burbank, Calif.

I love these truly unique cards that really grab people's attention and resemble real items!

Check out this cute bridal shower invitation with a cooking theme using the Apron Invitation die. I love the lace trim on the pocket--what a pretty, feminine touch!

And who could resist this scrumptious card made using the Cupcake die. This is one of my favorite dies. You get the baking cup pocket, cupcake insert and three options for toppers--a cherry, gumdrop or candle. So many ways to customize. I love how Sherry added some glitz with a sparkly cherry.

And last but not least, for a girly occasion, here is a gorgeous card made with the A7 Purse Card. This die is great because it also comes with a coordinating mat for the inside for a special message. I love the big bow on here!
