How quickly CHA has come and gone! This was my first time at the show, and I had such a blast meeting all of our customers and spreading the word about our new dies and all of the great stuff you can make with the GrandeMARK machine.
I will be sharing photos with you from our adventure throughout the next week. We had a great response to our brand new booth and the hundreds of new projects we displayed.
I can't help but keep talking about one of my favorite dies, the new Owls! Owls are hot these days, and these little guys were a huge hit at the show. They come in two different sizes, and you get two shapes on one die--one owl with his wings open and one with wings closed. You can do so much with them too. They'd look great on scrapbook pages, birthday cards, albums and much more.
Here's the small owl size on a cute scrapbook page made by designer Traci Armbrust. This page also uses our brand new, very versatile chain border.
Here's the other small owl shape on the front of a card created by Traci. I love how you can thread borders, bands or ribbon through the cuts on the wings. Or you can have him hold something. Note the new nameplate shape behind the owl. How cute is that?!
And I couldn't resist sharing one more... Here you can see both sizes and shapes of the owls on this adorable pillow project from Creative Cafe by Greta Hammond. This sweet owl family was cut out of felt. Using buttons for eyes is a great idea too.
Our new dies released at CHA and many new projects using them will be up on our site, accucutcraft.com, next week. Stay tuned for CHA photos and more great projects!
